The Yorkshire Terrier Club (England)

Founded 1898

The Yorkshire Terrier Club celebrates its centenary in 1998.

To commemorate 100 of years since the club was founded, a book will be produced:

• incorporating details of its history,
• a list of champions,
• personalities in the breed past and present, and
• other topics of interest.

In response to many requests from members, it has been decided that advertisements will be accepted for inclusion. Now is your chance to record your Yorkies, whether they are successful show dogs or much loved pets, for posterity. This will not be an ordinary year book or breed record. The club feels sure that no one will want their dogs to be omitted from this prestigious book which Yorkie lovers all over the world are certain to buy for their bookshelves. A free book will be issued to each full page advertiser.

The deadline for copy is December 6th, 1997. So, it's important to select your favorite photos now! Don't delay. You will certainly regret being left out. Remember, this is open to ALL. Photographs of pet Yorkies are as welcome as those of show dogs. If you'd like any assistance in composing an advertisement, you may call Pauline Osborne (in England) at 01843 225801.
